Start 2022 with a class to inspire a year of creativity! This four-session workshop conducted by instructors from the prestigious Ruth Stone House offers both a poetry writing workshop and a guide for creating and maintaining habits to help keep you writing throughout the year and beyond!

In this online workshop, tune-into yourself and express what you are feeling and thinking using drawing, words, and movement. You may be surprised at the insights you gain with this fun, spontaneous and authentic experience! You will also learn a simple grounding technique to let go of unwanted energy and to refresh yourself with your own vital life force energy.

*Bring your art supplies with you to this online class: drawing paper and colored pencils, oil pastel or markers.
