A mental health and wellness support group for refugee mothers to come together and create community and to learn strategies for mental health support.

Join us for an evening discussion of how to stay warm, visible and upright on dark and icy days.   A panel of seasoned Vermont commuters will be in attendance, ready to talk about all facets of winter riding and walking.  Bring your questions, and a mug.  Hot chocolate will be served.
