Cathy Stanton is the author and "unlikely grocer" in her new book, Food Margins: Lessons from an Unlikely Grocer.
The book follows her experiences of coming to understand the modern food system from the inside, through her involvement in trying to save her local food co-op. Please join us to spark the conversation about what kind of changes we hope to see (and perhaps contribute to) in the food system.
