Visit the library for indoor trick-or-treating, spooky (but not too spooky) storytimes, and drop-in crafts, games, and activities. Costumes encouraged!
For children age 10 & under and their families.
Books, rhymes, songs, and lots of open-ended play for young toddlers (recommended for ages 12-24 months) and their caregivers. No pre-registration necessary.
Join us in the Youth Library for storytime, songs, and lots of fun! Recommended for ages 2-5. No preregistration needed.
Dance, wiggle, and sing with local musician/early educator, Linda Bassick. This program is geared towards babies, toddlers and preschool aged kids, but all ages are welcome!

It's time for Family Game Night! We'll provide a variety of board games, suitable for ages 3-10. Connect with family and friends, old and new, for an evening of bonding and fun!

Local musicians, instructors, and students from Young Tradition Vermont's "Trad Camp" share music, song, and dance for all! Come clap your hands and sing along! Main Library.
Children, youth, and families with sensory processing differences are invited to a special pre-opening hour in the Youth Area! Fridays, beginning June 2 at 9:00am.
Before the rest of the library opens to the public, families can enter the Youth Area to explore our collection of books, STEAM materials and more in a calm library environment! Try out sensory supports like fidgets, noise cancelling headphones, sunglasses, weighted blankets and rocking chairs. The Library doors will be open from 9:00-9:15am, and we will allow for folx to exit before the building opens at 10:00am.
