Food for Talk cookbook club is taking a hike! Our regular cookbook discussion/dinner will be held on May 18th at 3pm in the Fletcher Room

FFT consulting chef, Richard Witting, will take us on a culinary tour of the Ethan Allen Homestead. Learn about the edible plants growing in your backyard. This hike is an informational tour. We won't be foraging for plants, just observing.
