Planned vaccines to be offered are Moderna (Ages under 6) or Pfizer (Ages under 5), Pfizer ages 5-11, Pfizer 12+ and Moderna 18+.
Anyone who is eligible can be vaccinated (first dose, second dose, booster, second booster)
Vaccine cards are helpful, but we can make accommodations if you don't have yours. No insurance info or ID is needed.
Under age 18 needs to have consent from their legal guardian.
The first 40 participants at this clinic will receive a coupon for a free creemee at Burlington Bay!
