May's Cookbook Author: Molly Katzen
Guest Speaker: Andrew Wild, the owner and maker of Mighty Mudita, which offers plant-based deli slices. He lives in the Old North End with his wife Rachelle, an environmental studies professor at UVM. Andrew grew up in Wisconsin, eating enough ham and cheese sandwiches in his teenage years to feed a small army. Over time, he shifted to plant-based proteins for his health and for the environment, and he is delighted to help others do the same. Mighty Mudita is a new professional chapter for Andrew after 17 years working in science education. Previously, he taught middle and high school science, most recently in Winooski. He has a degree in chemistry and a master’s and PhD in science education.
