Adele Dienno grew up in a multi-generational Italian family in Philadelphia. She is a second generation Italian American but since she was raised along with her “Pasta Grannie”, her childhood experience was just like living in a small town in Italy. Once a "picky eater" she has grown to love the foods celebrating her heritage and relishes in sharing the joys of an Italian kitchen with others. Her classes emphasize simple to make healthy traditional and creative Italian dishes. Fresh food made from scratch was, and still is, the family tradition. Her classes are taught in a relaxed atmosphere and encourage the “successful chef” in each of us. Adele teaches private classes, pasta parties as well as group classes, live and virtual.
