Photographic Release

I grant permission for the Fletcher Free Library or its agents to photograph or record my image or voice (or if the participant is a minor, my child’s image or voice), without payment or consideration. I understand that any such photographs or recordings will become the property of the City of Burlington.

I also grant permission to use these images or recordings in any of its publications, whether printed or digital, for any lawful purpose. I understand that the image or recording may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed, and I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product or receive any compensation. This authorization is without date restriction.

I hereby release and hold harmless the Fletcher Free Library and any of its agents from any claim related to this authorization or the taking or use of the photograph or recording reference herein. I hereby acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this document.
