My name is Meredith and I am the owner and operator of a mobile cafe called Roll Away Cafe. I have a long history in the hospitality industry, which has led me to an eclectic and traveled work/life experience. While working on a coffee farm in Hawaii, I gained a deep appreciation for coffee that would eventually lead me to start Roll Away Cafe. In this course, we will go over the origin of coffee and how it went from a crop to a cup.
