Fletcher Free Library Outside Pickup Service

Outside Pickup Service is still available during our open hours for individuals requiring this service. Please only use OPS if you have health concerns that keep you from entering the building.

1.  First, place items on hold by logging in to My Account at ffl.kohavt.org. You’ll need your Library card barcode and PIN or password. If you don’t have these, contact us. You can place up to 15 books and 5 DVDs on hold. You will be notified by text or email when they are ready for pickup. Learn how to place a hold here.

2.  If you cannot place a hold through your Library account please email us at circ@burlingtonvt.gov or call 802.863.3403.

3.  Once you are notified that your hold is ready, visit the Library during open hours.

4.  When you arrive to pick up your holds, call 802.863.3403 and a staff person will bring your items outside.

5.  Enjoy your items!

The book drops at the Library and at the Miller Center in the New North End are open 24/7.

Thank you!

The Library will be closed on Friday, August 16 for Bennington Battle Day.
