As of March 2020, Library room reservations are on hold. Meeting rooms are not available to the public at this time. We hope to have them available again sometime in 2021.
Community groups may reserve meeting rooms at the Fletcher Free Library for programs or events that are free & open to the public.

To request a room reservation, please follow these steps:
1. Read our Meeting Room Policy & Rules (PDF). This document contains important information including use of technology.
2. Check our Room Availability Calendar for room availability and only request times that are available. Allow for 30 minutes before & after scheduled programs for set-up & take down.
3. Submit a Reservation Request Form at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
4. Please wait for confirmation before moving forward with your plans! We respond to reservation requests within 5 days.
