Tech and Cell Phone Support

Receive one-on-one technology support from library staff on Fridays at our NNE Branch Saturdays from 10-12 am.
In person at the Main or NNE Branch Library ; 30-minute session per patron; first come, first served. See full schedule below.

 

Help with everyday technology such as:

  • accessing Library digital resources

  • personal laptop or cell phone questions (bring your own device)

  • email and word processing basics

Help with everyday cell phone questions such as:

  • setting up and using a new phone

  • putting apps on your phone 

  • turning off unwanted notifications or sounds

  • and lots more!
