Tech and Cell Phone Support
Receive one-on-one technology support from library staff on Fridays at our NNE Branch Saturdays from 10-12 am.
In person at the Main or NNE Branch Library ; 30-minute session per patron; first come, first served. See full schedule below.
Help with everyday technology such as:
- accessing Library digital resources
- personal laptop or cell phone questions (bring your own device)
- email and word processing basics
Help with everyday cell phone questions such as:
- setting up and using a new phone
- putting apps on your phone
- turning off unwanted notifications or sounds
- and lots more!

Tech and Cell Phone Support sessions are not intended to address computer or phone repair issues. Help Desk staff are happy to provide contact information for local computer and phone repair services.
