On March 20 and 21, FFL will be hosting our 1st Annual Mascoma Bank Library Mini Golf fundraising extravaganza! An 18-hole mini golf course will be set up throughout the library (on all 4 floors!) featuring holes sponsored and decorated by local businesses. This ticketed event will support the Friends of the Fletcher Free Library and ensure that FFL can continue to foster a community of lifelong learners.
With such a huge event we are in need of volunteer help with various tasks at different times throughout the two days!
Volunteer time slots:
Friday, March 20th, event from 6pm-9pm, (attendees must be 21+)!
(please note that all volunteers who help out after 3pm must also be 21 years of age or older)

9:00am-12:00pm : Help with setup throughout the library (this task will require heavy lifting and getting down onto the ground repeatedly)

12:00pm-3:00pm : Help businesses with setting up their holes and monitoring the space as the library will be open to the public during this time

3:00pm-6:00pm : Help circulate and monitor decorated holes as the library will be open to the public during this time

5:30pm-7:30pm : Help with giving out balls and clubs to participants, covering the welcome table, helping at the 19th hole and collection bin, and monitoring the basement, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors

7:30pm-9:30pm : Help with giving out balls and clubs to participants, covering the welcome table, helping at the 19th hole and collection bin, monitoring the basement, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors, and clean up at the end of the day
Saturday, March 21st, event from 10am-3pm, open to all ages!
