Families are invited to talk, play, read, write and sing while exploring a range of themes and rotating activities designed to promote school readiness, encourage creativity, and healthy development. 

Ages 0-5 with adult

Read books, engage in creative play and connect with other dads of young children in the area. ALL welcome regardless of gender or parental status. Ages 0-5.  dadguild.weebly.com

Books, rhymes and songs for our littlest library patrons, followed by open time for babies to play and caregivers to connect. Ages birth to pre-walkers. No pre-registration necessary.

 Join us in the Youth Library for storytime, songs, and lots of fun! Recommended for ages 2-5. No preregistration needed.

Dance, wiggle, and sing with local musician/early educator, Linda Bassick. This program is geared towards babies, toddlers and preschool aged kids, but all ages are welcome!

What is Non-Fiction Cosplay, you ask? Dress up as ANYTHING (family-friendly) that exists or existed in real life! A hot dog, dinosaur, Abraham Lincoln, a tube of toothpaste, your favorite native plant… get creative with it!

Prizes for best costume in Kids, Teens, and Adults.
