We are going on a foraging hike this month in Shelburne at 10am and 1pm.  Contact Barbara Shatara for details.

Green Mtn. Book Fest: Banned Book Open Mic

Books are under siege in many parts of the country.  Please join other community members in support of freedom of speech - participate in this public reading of banned books.  Bring your own or read from ones we have onsite.

All ages are invited to sign up for this live open mic reading of passages from banned books. To participate, sign up in person at the library on the day of the event. 

Readings will be held at the old Carnegie Library entrance

Join the Library in the parade and help us decorate the library van! Meet at the Hood Plant parking lot on King Street between Winooski Avenue and Church Street. Parade line-up and decorating begins at 11:30 a.m. and the parade begins at 12:30 p.m. For all ages!
