About the Book:

How To Eat a Peach by Diana Henry, the award-winning food writer, journalist and broadcaster, focuses on menu planning and developing delicious healthy meals with fresh ingredients. Henry is the author of ten cookbooks including A Bird in the Hand which won a prestigious James Beard Award in 2016.
