In this online workshop, tune-into yourself and express what you are feeling and thinking using drawing, words, and movement. You may be surprised at the insights you gain with this fun, spontaneous and authentic experience! You will also learn a simple grounding technique to let go of unwanted energy and to refresh yourself with your own vital life force energy.
*Bring your art supplies with you to this online class: drawing paper and colored pencils, oil pastel or markers.

This month, our guest chef is Amin Shah . He will demonstrate how to make some of his favorite dishes from his home country of Afghanistan. Stepping in to lead our discussion is Anna Mays, an extraordinary baker and one of the coordinators of Mosaic of Flavor with City Markey and USCRI Vermont.
Teen Advisory Board
The Teen Advisory Board is designed to be a space to give you a voice and provide a platform for ideas and discussion, as well as to give the opportunity to volunteer in more hands-on ways. This month, vote on programs and a display idea for winter.
