Right to Read Film & Panel Discussion

The Right to Read shares the stories of an NAACP activist, a teacher, and two American families who fight to provide our youngest generation with the most foundational indicator of life-long success: the ability to read.  Directed by Jenny Mackenzie with Executive Producer, LeVar Burton.  More about the film.

Film screening followed by a panel discussion on the film with Peggy Price, M.Ed., F/OGA and Dr. Laurie Quinn of the Stern Center for Language and Learning and others.
