Community groups may reserve public meeting rooms at the Fletcher Free Library for programs, meetings or events. All uses of rooms must be free & open to the public.
Learn more about the rooms we have available. Please note, room requests must be made at least one week before the requested date. Otherwise, only same-day walk-in bookings are available.
To request a room reservation, please follow these steps:
1. Read our Meeting Room Policy & Rules. This contains important information including use of technology.
2. See what dates and times are available and Request a Room Here.
3. You will receive an email verification that must be confirmed within one day. This verifies the validity of your email.
3. Look for confirmation in your email within 5 business days that your room request has been approved.
