Fletcher Free Library Cosplay Guidelines:
- Costumes must be family friendly/"G-Rated."
- Weapons are not permitted as part of the costume/judging process.
- Failure to follow these guidelines will result in disqualification from the contest.
- If you sign up for the "Family" category, you cannot sign up for another category.
