Updated: 1/7/2021
The Fletcher Free Library has partially reopened, following guidelines from the Governor, the Vermont Department of Libraries, and the City of Burlington. We are operating at 25% capacity, closing high-touch features, and offering limited touch transactions. We are required to only allow brief, purposeful visits for everyone's health and wellbeing. Masks are required and hand sanitizer is available.
Until we know more about the new strain of virus, we are temporarily changing services so that library visits are shorter. The Tech Center, Kids' Library Help, browsing, and public bathrooms will be closed beginning Friday, January 8th. Library visits are limited to 5 minutes. Detailed information about services is available below.
Per the Governor's orders, the library is required to get contact tracing information for anyone entering the building. For public health reasons, you will be required to complete a form if you enter the library. If you would prefer your holds delivered curbside, please call 802.863.3403.
