Join Madeleine Piat-Landoly of White Cloud Arts for a demonstration and introductory lesson in the art of Tai Chi Chuan.

Tai Chi Chuan was originally developed by Yang Cheng Fu and passed to Tung Ying Chieh, one of his nine principle students. The Tung Family has carried on this traditional practice now passing through four generations

The practice of Tai Chi Chuan may have many health benefits such as improving coordination, muscle tone, balance, easing joint movement, promoting relaxation, stimulating brain function and builds concentration, and generates a state of tranquility and serenity.
